The Story
We are a company who believe in the dreams, hard work, and entrepreneurial spirit found in people today. We provide an environment for those who are unable to find that space where their certain skill set can be defined and further developed. We encourage all stakeholders to develop a balance between their thoughts and their actions, so that they can produce the best product, and or service there is.
It all began during the start of the pandemic that I discovered there were so many roadblocks that could prevent one from fulfilling their dreams. Therefore, I decided to take those skills that I had acquired and developed over the years and put them to work. Surprisingly, people began to come forward seeking guidance and help to fulfil their dreams, which then gave birth to Renewal and Change.
Our mission is to become a national model for diversity, for those who have a voice to be heard, and to promote those voices which could effect change to a culture, through the way we conduct business.
We seek to educate the community by expressing how important the community is to businesses and how important businesses are to the community.
We aim to take those dreams, those visions, those missions, and those gifts of insight and discernment, and present them in such a way that shows a reflection of importance. The importance that someone may see their overall progress in life, the importance of what they choose to do in life, and how their actions impact the community we serve.
Using various media platforms gives us the opportunity to educate the community in ways that will develop people's mindsets. It gives access to the opportunity of pursuing their goals and dreams.
To communicate in ways that foster relationships that show commitment, encouragement, integrity, loyalty, communication, support, productivity, and establish wellness through respect, which will effectively bring about a change culturally.
To become the model for those relationships we seek to develop through our insight and discernment, and to ensure our success as we complete our purposes in life.
